My wife and I did the Pearls of Holland-Relax! tour and had the absolutely best trip we could’ve hoped for. Holland is so beautiful. Everyday and all along our route we would be absolutely astonished at how beautiful Holland is. Seeing it at ground level on a bike is really an amazing experience. The people were all very friendly with us and everyone we encountered, even in villages, could easily switch to English since we unfortunately we had little to offer in Dutch. The bicycling culture was eye-opening— a foundational component to a healthier lifestyle. Of course, cycling is easier in Holland, being so flat, but there was also a lot of general respect for cyclists that doesn’t exist in America. In Holland, rights to use the roads are respected by motorists! What a concept! We were very envious of Dutch society doing so much right. It was the best trip we have ever taken.

I did a Pearls of Holland solo bike trip during tulip season April 2025, and it was everything I could’ve hoped for! Each day on the trip brought different scenery. I really loved being in nature and in cute, quaint countryside towns. It was nice to start and finish in Amsterdam as well, and be able to do some of the more touristy things. I really loved all my accommodations and did the option to upgrade and that was my absolute favorite night. Definitely recommend doing the upgrade if you like to feel pampered. The luggage transport was amazing to have and always on time - no issues whatsoever! The breakfast buffets were delicious with quality items. I think the only thing I would change is doing a couple of extra days of just exploring the towns before getting back on the bike again. I definitely will travel with Dutch bike tours again on my next trip!
