With small group sizes of up to six guests, the class ensures personalized attention and a supportive learning environment. Parents of younger participants may observe from the shore, and all sessions typically last around four hours. This past weekend in Connemara was one of the best experiences of my life so far. Everything about the course was just perfect. The material, the equipment, the energy and environment, and most importantly the people! Daithí is a legend, very professional and a great teacher. I’m already planning to do AIDA 3. 10/10

Totally surreal 5 days in Italy.. If you want to try Freediving, improve get AIDA Freediving certifications. Daithí is the man in Ireland to contact. He is based out of Dublin but has trips abroad to Y-40, Egypt and others. A very holistic approach to the sport of Freediving. He combines his vast knowledge of Apnea and creates a totally unique vibe only created from someone so passionate. Daithí explains exactly how you can hold your breath, dive to depths you never imagined you could all while gently guiding you out of your comfort zone. Highly recommend!
