PADI Mermaid Class

This beginner-friendly mermaid class welcomes both kids and adults who wish to learn the art of swimming gracefully in a mermaid tail. Participants will explore flips, turns, twists, bubble tricks, and more, all under the guidance of a certified PADI Mermaid Instructor. Classes are offered at multiple locations including Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego, and Catalina Island, and are scheduled based on your preference. Upon arrival, you will select a mermaid tail, mask, and snorkel to use, followed by a brief safety briefing and stretching session. Instruction covers essential safety techniques such as emergency tail removal and proper floating, along with basic freediving skills to dive and swim like a mermaid. The session also includes access to an online gallery where you can view photos and videos of your magical experience.

Our classes are designed for small groups to ensure personalized attention, with a maximum of six guests per session. Parents of participants under eighteen are welcome to observe without entering the water. Sizes are available to accommodate both children and adults, ensuring everyone can join the fun comfortably. The full experience typically lasts around four hours, depending on skill level, and provides a safe, supportive, and enjoyable environment for learning and creating memorable mermaid moments. For larger groups, special arrangements can be made upon request via email.
