Spectacular replica, of the Arc, the exhibits are visually appealing and there is a seemingly endless amount of informational/educational material corresponding to various displays. The only downside may be that the written, educational content may be a bit much for an increasing TLDR (Too Long Didn't Read) population. Loved the hour long presentation in the auditorium and appreciate that it focused on the evolutionists' bad habit of conflating science and conjecture. The presentation did an admirable job of differentiating naturalism, uniformitarianism from empirical science....and showing how science actually supports the creation view. The Gospel was also presented here. ;-) Zoo areas were clean and seemed to provide plenty of space and natural habitat for animals. Kangaroos were so well tamed that they interact freely with guests. Gift shops had variety and at a reasonable price. There are multiple restaurants right on the premises. Very convenient location right off highway with a major hotel directly next door and VRBO lodging (Lodges at Eden Reserve) less than 2 miles away. Walmart and other stores/restaurants nearby. One word of caution. It is a good mile or two bus ride from parking to the welcome center. Do not think you're going to leave stuff in the car and go back a couple times during your visit. It will eat up a lot of your day!

An amazing site to see! We had a great overall experience at the Ark Encounter. The exhibits are incredibly detailed with so much information to consider. Logistics-wise, they really have it down to a science—on-site ticketing was easy, and they move the crowds along efficiently so we never felt stuck in a long line. Plenty of food options and very helpful service throughout the park. Definitely worth the visit! I do wish the map provided better insight. For instance, naming specific restaurants instead of saying "food". Having an idea of what is available is helpful.

We visited the Ark and were really impressed with the realism of the exhibits. The faces and movements of the people displayed look incredibly lifelike, which makes the whole experience feel immersive. The animal sound effects were also very well done and added to the atmosphere. Seeing this exhibit truly helped us better understand the Bible and how Noah was able to build such a massive ark. The displays do a great job of bringing the story to life in a visual and meaningful way. We actually went on the coldest day of the year, and the temperature inside was very comfortable, which made our visit even more enjoyable. The buffet was okay, but nothing particularly special compared to the rest of the experience. Overall, it was a memorable visit and worth seeing for the exhibits alone.

Despite the freezing cold weather, the Ark Encounter was a great way to spend time with the family. From seeing the massive door to learning how Noah and his family might have cared for the animals, there was so much to take in. Everything was well done and engaging for both adults and kids. It truly made for a great family day and is something we would gladly do again.

You have to see it to believe it! Built to the best recorded Biblical measurements. If you are at all architectural minded or just a curious person on “how did they make this”, you won’t be disappointed. For those who want to imagine what Noah and his family along with all the animals endured, then you also will be amazed. Plan to spend 4+ hours going through all the exhibits, historical and Bible history along with a small attached zoo. We attended in the off-season, so lines were not long but it did pickup as the day progressed. Staff said during the summer that the lines were considerably longer, but also more activity with music performers and more animals out for display. A new welcome center was being constructed and opening for new season. Budget some money for entrance fees and parking, but I understand how much it much cost to maintain. After ticket purchase, you are bused to the site. Wheelchairs and strollers are no problem. They had a merry-go-round in a separate building and a virtual reality section for additional cost. I would like to visit during the Aug-Sept month for music performers and more activities, but for a first visit, I enjoyed the smaller crowd.
