We had the absolute pleasure of taking a private tour of Tulum with Servan, and it was truly one of the highlights of our trip. His knowledge of Mayan culture was exceptional—he brought the history, traditions, and significance of the site to life in a way that was both fascinating and easy to understand. Beyond his expertise, Servan was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and attentive throughout the entire day. He made sure every part of the experience felt personal and special. He also took us to enjoy some amazing local tacos and guided us through an unforgettable cave snorkeling adventure. His skill as a spelunker gave us complete confidence and allowed us to fully relax and enjoy the beauty of the caves. If you’re looking for a meaningful, fun, and expertly guided experience in Tulum, we cannot recommend Servan highly enough. Thank you for such a memorable day!

A wonderful day spent exploring Tulum and a Cenote with Rosalia and Carlos. We were picked up nice & early to beat crowds. So friendly immediately put us at ease. Fantastic knowledge & information given throughout the tour. I love Mayan history and the day was full of great discussions and looking at all kinds of ideas. We went to a beautiful cave cenote. I was so glad we chose a private tour - had we gone on our own we would have missed out on so much! Especially swimming the full length of cave & having snorkeling equipment. The cave was totally dark but we guided not only with light but with knowledge. I will definitely look this tour company up again if I come back to Mexico - Thank you for wonderful experience.

Wow — Servan is truly an exceptional guide! He doesn’t just lead a tour; he creates an unforgettable experience. His deep knowledge of Mexico’s history, anthropology, culture, and even its flora and fauna brings every moment to life. This was our second tour with him, and somehow each one keeps getting better. We’re so grateful for the care, passion, and expertise he pours into every detail. ¡Gracias, Servan! Nos veremos pronto.

Servando, along with all the team of Tulum Private Tours, were great! Before our trip, I reached out for airport transportation. They quickly responded to my questions & concerns and made suggestions to tailor our tours throughout Tulum. Once in Tulum, all our plans went through flawlessly with constant, reliable communication with the team. Aside from the constant communication, Servando was patient, extremely knowledgeable and looked out for our safety. Our favorites were snorkeling with the turtles in Akumal, Cenote and Sian Ka’an!

Our first tour was to Chichen Itza, Valladolid, and a cenote. The sites themselves are beautiful and awe inspiring but the real highlight was our tour guide Aranza. He has a masters degree in Mayan art and his tour kept the focus on the factual history, art, and architecture. He answered all of our questions, checked in on us frequently, and had a wealth of stories about the Yucatán (which was great because our hotel was two hours away!) We had such a great time that we booked a second tour with Aranza. The cenotes and snorkeling were a highlight of our trip and we really can’t recommend him or this company highly enough. We saw a side of the Riveria Maya that we would never have seen if we’d only stayed in the resort areas. A must if you’re visiting the Riveria Maya.
