My experience at Global Training Safety Solutions was very rewarding. The training not only gave me a solid understanding of workplace safety procedures but also provided me with hands-on counterbalance forklift training. Through the sessions, I learned how to operate the forklift safely, carry out proper checks, follow the legal requirements, how to maintain the truck,the principles of counter balance, stacking procedures, de-stacking procedures and loading and unloading procedures. The instructors were very professional and supportive especially Artur, he ensured that I understood both the theoretical and practical aspects of the training. I particularly valued the practical exercises, which allowed me to gain real confidence in operating the forklift. Overall, the training equipped me with essential skills, increased my safety awareness, and gave me a certification that has strengthened my career opportunities in warehouse and logistics roles.
