With this review, I hope to prevent others from experiencing the same thing that happened to my partner and me. Once we contacted this company via WhatsApp, and they gave us a written OK for the days we requested for caving and via ferrata, and after booking and paying for these two activities, they left us stranded two days before our vacation, saying, "I don't know how the website let you book them." Without giving us an alternative, they offered us an activity that had nothing to do with it. We planned our vacation based on that WhatsApp conversation, and they left us stranded. This is how Geoventur treated us. Maybe tomorrow it'll be someone else's turn... maybe you'll be next, and their website will fail again.
Without a doubt, one of the most adventurous family experiences we've had in the Teruel area, enjoying spectacular landscapes and introducing ourselves to canyoning in the Villar Luengo area thanks to our guides Salo and Jenny, who treated us very well at all times, made us enjoy the morning session in the Barranco del Invierno, and above all, they were very friendly, always explaining where to go, where to pass, where to jump, etc. They always made us feel very confident. We truly recommend this experience 100%, and being able to discover another corner of this entire area of Teruel (Teruel Exists and Rocks)

We had the absolute pleasure of having Marcos as our ski instructor for two amazing mornings in Valdelinares, and we can't recommend him enough! As a family of five with three teenagers, most of us had little to no skiing experience, but Marcos made us feel comfortable and confident right away. His friendly, encouraging attitude helped us overcome any nervousness, and his professionalism was evident in every lesson. He spoke in clear English, which made everything easy to understand, and we were impressed by how keen he was to learn new words and phrases from us, adding a personal touch to the experience. Marcos adapted his approach to suit each of us, ensuring we all progressed at our own pace. By the end of our two-hour sessions each day, we were confidently tackling the slopes, and our teens were thrilled with their progress. Marcos exceeded all our expectations, and we would certainly book with him again for more ski tuition or some of his other activities. Thank you Marcos!
