Sapphire transfers were great on our recent family holiday to Palm Cove. We have a 1 year old and organising our transfer with a car seat was very easy, the car was spacious for all of us and our luggage. Matt confirmed both pick ups the night before which eased my stress of packing and organising everything else. Thank you for a great experience!
There is no other choice in the Cairns region should you require a transfer than Sapphire Transfers. We arrived in Cairns on a Cruise ship and had transfers booked from Yorkeys Knob and return and needed to make changes the day before and I couldn't have dealt with a more caring person than Gabrielle, she went above and beyond to help us have a fantastic experience. if I had a customer service role I would try and poach her... our group of six really appreciated what you did for us amongst the other kaos was happening on the day. Thank you also to Cindy our driver who was a great ambassador for the Company and Cairns. Our day was perfect thanks to the Sapphire Transfer Team.
The team at Sapphire Transfers were excellent. Travelling with a 10month old was made easy with direct transfers to and from Cairns Airport. They ensured the correct car seat was strapped ready to safely transport the little fella. Great communication throughout to ensure peace of mind. If I could give 10 stars I would!!
Matt was wonderful. He carried our bags, opened the doors and chatted about a range of subjects. His driving was great, I can get car sick on windy roads even on travel tablets, he drove smoothly and calmly. His car was very clean and comfortable. I will definitely use Sapphire again and highly recommend them.
Excellent!! We can't speak highly enough of this service. We were travelling with three little kids and required three car seats. All of the car seats were in excellent condition, high quality brand and fitted safely. Patrick our driver was friendly, polite, easy to communicate with and offered some great things for us to do in and around Cairns. The day of our departure we had a last minute flight cancellation and Patrick went above and beyond our expectations to reschedule our transfer. Thank you again! We highly recommend this safe and reliable service.
