The Signature cruise that we took with family was the best experience we had in Vietnam. We had the Senior Suite with a balcony and jacuzzi - the room was very comfortable and clean. Food was commendable - we had a member of the group who is a complete vegetarian and they modified the menu to his needs perfectly. I would like to mention Hannah and her team specially as she took such good care of all of us and ensured we had the best experience on board. She was very knowledgeable about the culture and history of the places we visited and we learned a lot from her. Thanks to the entire team for making our trip delightful!
We had booked a 1N stay on Signature Cruise for Bai tu long bay. We were picked up from our hotel in Hanoi, and transportation was good to reach the port in Halong. From there, Mr. Morning helped us get to the cruise, and was our tour guide. He made sure to make our group's experience unique, and we had fun kayaking through fishing village, and other activities on the cruise. We were all vegetarian, and the cruise crew made sure that we get good and tasty meals on-board !
Tom was an amazing guide, he was patient, funny and informative. Couldn't have asked for a better person to guide us. There was a mix up with booking and we ended up in the honeymoon suite with our own giant balcony off the back of the boat. Bai tu long was very pretty and not very busy, highly recommend it. All the staff on the boat were friendly and everything happened in a timely manner (except for us😅). Thanks a lot Tom, you're the best.
We felt so comfortable on the ship. Mr. Morning was so warm, hospitable, caring and sweet. He really cared that we were okay. The tour guide Tom was also very helpful and was able to provide us with interesting information. The cabin (Senior Suite with Balcony) was very large and beautiful, straight out of the huge, private balcony. We had a great time and can only recommend this ship. Even though we only spent one night there, it was hard to say goodbye.
Signature cruise is part of the Athena Group. They own 4 semi private cruise. 2 Signature cruise each can host upto 32 people. Our entire cruise experience is smooth, pleasant and full of nice scenery. They really try to make it easy and fun for the trip. My favorite is the kayaking tour to private island, fishing village. Each place we went, we have the place almost all by ourselves. Quiet and relaxing! Food is pretty good too. Morning- our tour guid is very professional and knowledgeable. It is fun for our whole group ranging from 9 years old to 81 years old.
