We can not recommend the ship - the Pictures of the Family Suite are not matching at all - Food is average and the Atmosphere overall is poor. Service is limited and Drinks are expensive. Even coffee for Brunch is payable. We can not recommend the ship.
This is the second cruise we have done in Ha Long. Was worlds better than the first one we did. Rooms were spacious, food was delicious, and staff were amazing! I did a lot of research between providers before booking and was so glad we settled on Era Cruises. Highly recommend. Peter was so great. This man deserves a raise! Thanks Peter and Era staff!
AMAZING. we loved this cruise. staff was phenomenal and we didn’t lift a finger the entire time. great food. the kayaking was amazing and so fun. can’t recommend this enough. i would do it over and over again
What a wonderful experience with so much packed into the 24 hours (2 day, 1 night option.) *I recommend booking all meals included or add it on 1 day before departure. The food was very good and incredibly abundant. The staff was so attentive and helpful, watching immediately to clear your plates, or assist you with anything. Mai (who works in the departure office area) went above and beyond to be helpful in making sure I made it smoothly and safely to my next accommodation after the cruise ended. (Thank you, Mai!) The room was so nice, very large, super comfortable bed, large bathroom with spa tub, elaborate, hi-tech bidet, private balcony and large windows (could be a bit cleaner, though) to see the amazing views of the Bay. The cruise included free kayaking, swimming, a tai chi class, a cooking class, and a cave tour. 👌
Great experience on this cruise. Super spacious rooms, excellent amenities inside the rooms as well as common amenities. Very welcoming and courteous staff, especially their Manager, Mr. David. Also the activities that they undertake are quite engaging and fun. There are 3 things that need serious improvement - WiFi (it doesn't work most of the times) - Vegetarian Indian Food (there are no options literally) - Air conditioning (very poor air conditioning in the rooms)
