My friend and I did a 3D2N stay on the Capella Cruise and they certainly didn’t disappoint! Their service was excellent throughout our stay, and we’d love to give special mentions to Tom (Cruise Manager), Tracy, Anna, the gentleman at the reception and cooking demo, Ahn from the F&B crew, and the boys at squid fishing. We were well taken care of with lots of yummy drinks, food and I enjoyed some heartfelt conversations too. Post-cruise, what truly stood out was when I left my backpack at the pier and only realized it after arriving in Hanoi. I was panicking, but their customer service team responded promptly and kept me updated until my backpack arrived safely at my hotel reception. I’m so grateful for their help! Thank you very much for the wonderful hospitality. We thoroughly enjoyed our time with the Capella crew and hope to be back again!
Book this cruise!!! The pool and slide are so fun during the day!! Rooms are nice and all with an awesome balcony. The staff is soooo nice, went above and beyond, and we genuinely enjoyed hanging out with them. They even knew and called us by name the entire time. Constantly fed good food and excellent service. And definitely one of the nicest looking boats in the bay! Can’t recommend enough.
One of the best cruises we’ve been on!!!! Absolute luxury, clean, aesthetic, fancy and to top it all off the staff were AMAZING. So helpful, kind and passionate about their jobs. Chris (Tuan) was an amazing guide and remembered everyone’s names and room numbers! He took care of us if we needed any help, and was very knowledgeable of the islands. He seemed more like a good friend than an employee of the cruise. Nolan was hilarious during the cooking demonstration, and made the experience very entertaining!
What a luxurious experience! This hotel on water deserves every credit. Service was extremely attentive. They took great care of our vegetarian members. The kids went nuts over the 8 meters high water slide. The 2nd floor room was comfortable, spacious and had an amazing view. It smelled a bit dump given constant ocean breeze. Our son celebrated his birthday that day and they did a whole show around that with a huge cake!
Our 3 days, 2 nights on the Capella Cruise were nothing short of magical. It was truly one of the most unforgettable moments of our entire trip. From the moment we stepped on board, we were welcomed with such warmth and care. Hann, our incredible waiter, went above and beyond to make every meal feel special. Gin, our amazing tour guide, brought so much energy and knowledge to every activity—it made each moment exciting and meaningful. Chris, the GM, leads the team with such grace and professionalism, and Alex, our team leader, was always there with a smile, making sure everything ran perfectly. The experience was seamless, luxurious, and deeply personal. Every detail was thoughtfully planned, and the 3 days, 2 nights felt like the perfect escape. Capella Cruise is something we’ll never forget. Highly, highly recommend it—worth every second.
