We loved the cruise. First off it was well organized and timed. I never felt like we had any confusion or discomfort with how the day went. The whole thing was under control and we could relax or participate. The crew were very kind, attentive, and helpful. The boat itself was clean, stylish, and cozy. We really enjoyed going back to our room after the activities because they really felt comfortable. The food was plentiful and was a good mix of different cultures, a little bit for everyone. With this cruise, the activities are a total blast. Bits of history, physical activity, relaxation, all of it! Really was a well rounded 3 day trip. You will think it’s worth it booking with Arcady. The hosts and staff are a delight and are the friendliest. They’re quick to help or even correct anything that may be wrong but we never found that to be the case.
Absolutely the best experience! One of the very few less commercial and more experience centric cruise. And to top it off, Lucy is just the most kind person to have as your Guide. She made the experience leaps and bounds better.
We stayed 2 nights on the Arcady with Harry and the crew. It’s was fantastic, the warmth of the hospitality, the quality of the service, knowledge provided for activities, everything. Harry was an excellent host. Great balance of free time and activities.
The ship is very modern and has a great atmosphere and vibe. Our guide, Harry was really nice and knew a lot of interesting fact about the place. The only drawback was that the wifi didn’t work, not even a bit
Arcady was one of the nicest cruises among the several that we researched. The rooms, amenities and the activities matched the description on their listing, which is a huge plus. The cruise boat itself was very clean and well maintained. Our tour leader Mr. Tom was very nice. He was to the point and showed us all the nice spots. He was very attentive and available throughout the tour. The highlight of the cruise was kayaking through caves in Ha Long Bay 😊 They can also organization transport to and fro with several options to suit your comfort needs. Overall, very happy that we picked Arcady. Highly recommend!
