In general super nice crew and very motivated and endeavoured, also with free coffee and tea! first half of the boat also cozy with real seats and desks. However, we were completely overbooked so too many people needed to go in the back sitting on long banks - ok if you got a bank with a backrest, but super exhausting if you had a bank without one, sitting there for ~3h until reaching the whale watching spot and afterwards the same duration back. What annoyed me most was that I payed the exact same price than all the other people sitting in the nice lodging area with real seats and desks. Would prefer if you could select beforehand and pay eg half the price for seats without backrests which would make it more fair. or just let so many people book for one cruise that everyone has a real seat with a backrest and that it doesn’t feel so crowed!

Generic, Impersonal and not suitable for those looking for authentic experience. Do You get the whales - yes, I think like everyone else. Do you get anything else special - no. But when we booked this tour, we knew it would be a large generic , non cozy group so it met our expectations, I do highly recommend everyone to book any fjord and whale watching cruise in Tromso because this place and the sights are just beautiful. If you manage to find a more cozy, smaller setting go for it, we were just too lazy to search for more so we booked the first thing that fell on our lap. This is a highly commercial one but nature is for everyone so we enjoyed tromso and the fjords and the whales !!!

We had a fantastic day - comfortable boat and a great crew. Stan and Daniel in particular were very friendly and informative. We were lucky enough to see fin whales and humpbacks - a very successful whale watch! The surrounding scenery is beautiful and rugged and this a tour well worth doing when in Tromso - would highly recommend!!

Can you really see whales on a "safari" from Tromsø in October? I was skeptical, but the answer is YES! We cruised aboard the comfortable ship M/S Rygerdronningen today, and were delighted to see 2 pods of Orca feeding on the herring. Our captain & crew were obviously skilled, and the guides were friendly & knowledgeable (Stan, Daniel, Anna, Maja). The views are spectacular. We highly recommend this excursion with Rodne Fjord Cruise

Great boat tour … excellent & knowledgeable guide!!!

Amazing experience to be in dark, on the boat, while it snows. Not that you except than you think of cruise, but it is really nice. Although we saw very small aurora, we still enjoyed it.

Tour guide was great, she constantly monitored the sky for the lights while the guest stayed warm inside. We were fortunate to have a chance to see them, even in harsh weather!

Nice ferry tour. The guides, Daniel and Stan, were very kind and helpful. The views were amazing. Very cold, however, but it is what you expect here around these days (March)!

Janna and Oleg were fantastic, the boat is cozy, the sights were amazing.

Wonderful cruise, really good and impressive ship, our guide Jana, was amazing, the introduction was made like a story and it was beautiful. We even got the chance to visit the museum they have and had so much fun, we saw how the boat is working, Oleg, the engineer, took us to the engine room, and the captain let us join him on deck. We even forget that this cruise was about the Northern lights, we didn't had the chance to see them because of the clouds, but it really was a great experience!
