This isn’t the first time I’ve had problems with this garage, and their customer service is still non-existent. I had no choice this time but my car had to be towed in on Monday for a red coolant warning, as the garage I brought it to confirmed there was no issue with the engine coolant, but they couldn't check if there was an issue with the hybrid coolant as there was a Skoda seal on the bottle. They didn’t even start working on it until Thursday, despite me calling every day for updates and me passing over the information to them as to what possibly could be wrong. I was told the rate was €198 an hour, but no idea how long it would take. I was then charged €287 for 1.5 hours which I didn't find out about until I arrived to collect the car and the rep couldn’t even explain what was wrong or what had been fixed to have this charge. I had only explained to him that my car was only serviced in this garage a few months back, which he did confirm they check the coolants as part of their service. He couldn't really give me much explanation and just that it was his first week and basically couldn't tell me anything, but just to pay. I have no issue paying for work on my car, but I would like an explanation so I would know what to keep an eye on with the car for future. The explanations were confusing and unhelpful. Overall, a frustrating experience. Just leaving this here so hopefully someone else might not get caught out in the future.

Have been getting my car serviced here since I bought my Skoda Octavia new from MSL Park motors in 2018. Service is always professional, friendly and respectful. They have never tried to get me to pay for things I don’t need. It’s also a nice touch that the service includes cleaning the car for no extra cost. They also offer tea, coffee and pastries in the morning when dropping off your car. I’m never left waiting long at drop off or collection. Car still running like new after 85K km. No complaints at all. Keep up the good work!
