Great hotel! This is our third time here and we're thrilled! The standard is very high, the food is excellent, and the cleanliness is top-notch! Plus, the drinks are great and Mr. Alipu is very nice – he has a great sense of humor and is very kind. We come back every two years, and I'm sure we'll be back again in two years!
What a wonderful resort. The staff and, especially Aliou, are so attentive. We never went without a drink or anything we wanted. The restaurant team were fabulous also, we couldn't fault them. Food was amazing. The pools and beach location were perfect. Couldn't have asked for more after a really stressful year.
Where do I start? We were celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary here and I happened to mention this to the hotel prior to our stay. They kindly upgraded us to a premium suite and a bottle of bubbly was waiting for us on arrival!!! Such a thoughtful touch! Aliou in the bar is the very best and looked after us really well each time we were there! He is extremely friendly and made us feel very valued and at ease. Thank you!!! The food is excellent, never failed to deliver! I think I am a stone heavier going home🤯. Will definitely aim to come back!
I absolutely loved my stay here. The food was brilliant especially lunch at the lounge (the staff working at the lounge during our stay were absolutely amazing)! Pools were quite cold as it was October but still very clean and big. Lots of beds on offer, would recommend getting to them before 10! Also a wide variety of drinks and the staff is very fast and polite. So much seating and space available; absolutely wonderful stay here. Additionally, the ‘StarCafe’ makes lovely drinks and the ice coffee here was delicious! On the beach, you do have to pay for a sun lounger even if you are at the hotel so that was not included unfortunately but all in all the hotel was wonderful and I am definitely looking to come back here!!!
Oh my god. LOVE! We had the junior suite on the ground floor. Im usually a person that likes to book high with a view. The ground floor was beyond perfect. We were on beach level, had a great view of the beach and a decent size outside terrace with relaxed chairs to enjoy our view. The room was gorgeous and spacious. See images We had half board meals, wasnt spectacular but it was still quite nice Staff were super helpful and kind I'll definitely be going back
