My girlfriend and I went there yesterday at the end of the day and we were very well received by the gentleman who works there, not only was he really nice but we also had a truly luxurious experience with personalized advice and suggestions. My girlfriend decided to take everything. My wallet, on the other hand, was less pleased with the experience haha
I went in to get a winter coat from the fluid collection and even though they didn't have instore, the seller was super attentive and professional and had me try a similar coat of the same size and cut for me to have a notion of how I would look like wearing it. She then ordered the model I wanted and I retrieved it a couple of days later. Brilliant service and amazing coat!
My wife had seen a dress online she loved. We popped in to the store as we were in Paris for a long weekend. Why did we bother. Totally disinterested and rude staff. Why are you in retail? We made the mistake of bringing down a dress for the “showroom” which my wife loved. Well you would have thought we were trying to steal it given their reaction. Why have dresses you can’t buy upstairs on rails. Pointless. Anyway if you enjoy being treated like pariahs then I would encourage you to go.

Awesome collection, epic brand, but why these vendeuses, Essentiel? Brand-unworthy! Bad vibes; blink, talk to each other about clients (present); asked us to put back clothes in racks ourselves, etc. Never happened before in BE or NL stores ever, all lovely helpful vendeuses!
