We had a phenomenal time. Enjoyed walking the streets of Rome and all the delicious food. The guide took us to unique places centered on quality and was very informative on both cuisine and Roman history. Some spots were just magical. We also had a great group on top of that! Will recommend 100%.

We had the best experience with our Rome food tour and guide, Lisa! She made the experience wonderful. We started with a deep fried pizza. I would never have tried this on my own but very good. Lisa gave us the history on why Italians started frying their foods. This tour was a mixture of food and history. We tried the BEST mozzarella balls. Have you tried the larger buffalo balls, you should! We had a few more food stops and ended with gelato. I believe we ate r 5 different places. It was the best food tour of our 14 days in Italy and Lisa was the main reason for this. She was so friendly, kind and answered questions we asked.

This food tour was such a fun, flavorful, and surprisingly educational experience! From the moment we met our guide Luca, we knew we were in good hands. He was not only incredibly knowledgeable about the city’s history but also full of energy and humor. Every story he told added meaning to what we were tasting — from the origins of certain dishes to how local traditions have evolved over time. What we appreciated most was how Luca answered all of our (sometimes ridiculous) questions with so much enthusiasm and patience. You could tell he genuinely enjoys what he does, and his passion for food and culture was contagious. Each stop along the tour felt thoughtfully chosen — offering generous portions that showcased both authentic local favorites and hidden gems we would’ve never found on our own. By the end, we were happily full, better informed, and completely charmed by both the food and Luca’s storytelling. It’s rare to find a tour that blends flavor, fun, and history so seamlessly. Highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting — come hungry, come curious, and get ready to fall in love with the city one bite at a time!
