This past weekend in Connemara was one of the best experiences of my life so far. Everything about the course was just perfect. The material, the equipment, the energy and environment, and most importantly the people! Daithí is a legend, very professional and a great teacher. I’m already planning to do AIDA 3. 10/10

Great experience! I completed the AIDA Level 1 in Killary Fjord and it was an incredible experience. Daithi is an excellent instructor that brings calmness and common sense during the dives. I progressed a lot in just a day! I am looking forward to keep progressing with Freediving Ireland

Totally surreal 5 days in Italy.. If you want to try Freediving, improve get AIDA Freediving certifications. Daithí is the man in Ireland to contact. He is based out of Dublin but has trips abroad to Y-40, Egypt and others. A very holistic approach to the sport of Freediving. He combines his vast knowledge of Apnea and creates a totally unique vibe only created from someone so passionate. Daithí explains exactly how you can hold your breath, dive to depths you never imagined you could all while gently guiding you out of your comfort zone. Highly recommend!
