We had a great time with Ann on her Spanish Tapas course. We genuinely learned new skills whilst meeting new people and preparing & eating delicious food. The paella, patatas bravas, gambas pil pil and albondigas in particular were fantastic. Our experience exceeded our expectations and we are booking our next course soon.

What a gift! My colleagues surprised me with this experience and I wasn’t sure what to expect—but wow, it turned out to be incredible. I’ve always considered myself a good cook, though I tend to follow my instincts rather than technique. This class changed that: I learned proper knife skills, from filleting fish to spatchcocking a chicken, along with so many useful hints and tips. Together we prepared a full three‑course meal—and the best part was sitting down to enjoy it afterwards! Thank you Ann.

We loved the Indian Food class with Demi! Very knowledgeable, great style of sharing information and a very fun class overall. Bonus: delicious food!
Natasha

Absolutely awful experience and a complete scam. The kitchen floors and room were filthy. The chef was unfriendly and complained from the start about how tired they were and that they had worked all day without a break and just wanted to get home which made everything very uncomfortable and took all the enjoyment out of the experience. To top it off all the bread (excluding the chocolate brioche) tasted vile and was pretty inedible, it is a joke they can take money for this service. Deserves a zero star hygiene rating for many reasons including the chef when making the yeast/water mixture asked everyone in the class to dip their finger in the mix to “understand the temperature”. Wasn’t offered so much as a glass of water during the experience. Even with this awful experience Ann refused any kind of refund and didn’t acknowledge or apologise. AVOID
