We had a great time on the sunrise Phi Phi island trip. Our guide Joseph and his team (Deng and Kim) were wonderful hosts. I was surprised and happy with how much food was given to us during the trip. I got done with the 2nd snorkeling stop and was thinking that I was getting hungry. I climb onto the boat and am handed some food. It was perfect timing! Even though the places we visited were still busy, I know we beat most of the crowd by leaving early in the morning. Getting to swim and snorkel in spots around the islands was a beautiful experience and it was so much fun. Highly recommend Simba if you're looking for a Phi Phi island tour from Phuket!

JUST BOOK IT! It will change your life! This excursion was truly the best day of our 2 week trip to Thailand! We did the Phang Nga Bay tour (James Bond Island) on Nov 3rd, and if the weather hadn't gotten so bad due to the typhoon we absolutely would have booked the Phi Phi tour as well a few days later. Due to it being low season, we just barely made the minimum of 6 people for the tour to go on. Simba Sea Trips stayed in constant communication with us, keeping us in the loop on the status of our excursion and giving us numerous options for alternatives if the minimum wasn't met. I was very impressed by the communication! We were picked up exactly on time and the early drive beat traffic, only taking about 40 minutes. The marina we departed from was very high-end and emanated luxury. We were given about 15 minutes to sign in, eat some snacks (yogurt, boiled eggs, cereal, crackers and cookies, juice, coffee, etc.) and use the restroom if needed. Then our group of 6 boarded our boat with our guide Harry and Captain Sid/Sith. It was truly incredible to have such a private experience. We got to sit in the front of the boat and take in the gorgeous view. The best part about these tours is they truly beat the crowds. It's not an exaggeration to say we quite literally were the first boat to every. single. stop of the tour. An entire bay, cave, lagoon, and island, all to the 6 of us every time. Just as we would be departing, a huge boat of 20+ people would be arriving. Harry was incredibly helpful and informative the entire day, constantly pointing out interesting rock features, giving cool factoids, and educating us about the biodiversity, culture, and history of the stops we visited. He also continuously took photos of us and for us, which he sent over to us after the tour was over. He was always on the lookout for ways to make our trip better and I was extremely impressed by him! He pointed out a huge jelly fish at James Bond Island, informing us it was safe to touch. When I turned around after feeling it, he had magically produced some hand sanitizer for us to clean off with. That little attention to detail is truly special. We were given ample time at each stop to admire the scenery, explore, and take lots of photos. We never ONCE felt rushed whatsoever. Harry kept us informed on how much time we had left at each stop. On the boat we were given snacks twice during the day including lots of fresh fruit, sticky rice with egg/coconut, banana bread, soft drinks/water, and candy bars. For lunch, we stopped at a down to earth island restaurant overlooking the water that was delicious. The dishes were ordered ahead of time for us and included an impressive selection. On one stop we were chauffeured by local guides in giant 3-person canoes through caves and lagoons. On another stop, we swam through some shallow water into a cave, guided by Harry. On another, we spent 1.5 hours relaxing on a semi-private island. At one point, I had put my beach towel on the front (uncovered) area of the boat in hopes it would dry off by the time we returned from our stop. During our cave swim excursion, it had begun to rain, and I thought to myself, "aw, man! That towel is gonna be soaked" Nope! Not with the level of customer service Simba Sea Trips provides. Someone on the boat had rushed up to the front to grab anything uncovered and brought it inside the boat. Truly next level service. Thank you so much Simba Sea Trips, and our guide Harry for an amazing experience!

Our Sunrise boat trip to Phi Phi islands, Maya Bay and Koh Rang Yai island exceeded our expectations. The service from Noi Noi and team was excellent. The locations were beautiful with two stops for snorkeling and an hour to relax on the beach at Koh Rang Yai. Lunch on return to the marina was delicious and my ceoliac dietary needs were catered for with care and consideration as my food was brought out to me and served separately to the buffet. We highly recommend the Simba Sea sunrise tour to anyone visiting Phuket.

Absolutely incredible experience with Simba Sea Trips Phuket! From start to finish, everything was perfectly organized and so much fun. A huge shoutout to our amazing guide Sara, she was knowledgeable, friendly, and made sure everyone was having the best time. The entire crew was 10/10, super professional and genuinely kind. The boat was comfortable, the stops were stunning. If you’re looking to book a boat tour in Phuket, I can’t recommend Simba Sea Trips enough. It was hands-down one of the highlights of our trip!

A huge thank you to Patrick, Captain Yai, Seaman Wit, and Helper Nine! We 100% recommend Simba Sea Trips! We booked the Phi Phi Sunrise tour for our family in Sep 2025 (6 adults - with 2 older folks), and it was an unforgettable experience. Our guide and his crew made the whole day experience very memorable and cared for us very well. A perfect day out on the waters for the whole family! At our first snorkelling site, one of us accidentally lost their Apple Watch to the waters, and the team tried their best to help us find it until we decided to give up. What happened next was a wonderful miracle! The very next morning, the team contacted me with the found Apple Watch! A big thank you to them for being so resourceful—it was found by another tour operator, and Patrick went the extra mile to have it delivered to us!
