Smooth and Comfortable Airport Experience Phuket International Airport is clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate. The staff is friendly, supportive, and efficient, which makes arriving and departing very smooth. Even though it’s not a large airport, that actually works in its favor less walking and quicker movement through the terminals. There are plenty of food options, both Thai and Western, especially inside the domestic terminal near Gates 36–48. Prices are reasonable, and everything is kept clean. The airport also has a good variety of shops, from duty-free brands to local souvenirs and snacks. Immigration can get a bit crowded, but the staff handles it well. Transportation is easy too, with cabs and shared taxis available right outside. Overall, a surprisingly comfortable and convenient airport great for both domestic and international travelers.
Its a small airport and it was clean and easy to navigate. Immigration is rush but staffs were very supportive. Affordable food options at the first floor. Cabs and shared taxi is available outside.

Not the largest of airports but that was a positive, means you don't have to walk as much! Getting through the airport was very easy. As soon as we got out the taxi, one employee loaded all of our luggage by himself and helped us in. The airport had a great variety of stores and food options. Nothing to complain about.

Was collected from our hotel by private transfer taken straight to TUI check in, the lady who met us waited in the queue while my husband and I sat in a meeting are - then taken straight through security and passport control - no waiting at all, and then led to the lounge - definitely an excellent service
This was worth every penny! After a long 12 hour flight (and zero sleep) the sight of the long immigration line is enough to break anyone. But we were met by the team before this, with our group name clearly signposted so we couldn't miss them. We were directed to a completely clear queue, and then escorted to baggage claim where they helped us collect our bags, and take them to our transfer. The staff were extremely friendly and professional, they got into contact a day before we travelled to make sure they had correct hotel details etc, just in case you don't have signal when you land. I would definitely purchase this service again!
