Do not book with this company!!! We were scammed out of over $ 2000! Check other recent reviews on TripAdvisor! We had booked and paid for an all inclusive Safari to Lake Nakuru and Massai Mara for 5 days for 7 people. Pick up  at the hotel in Nairobi worked perfectly.  We had a great day in Lake Nakuru Park. Problems started when we drove from Nakuru to Massai Mara. The guide did not have money for our lunch or gas. The company told him, they would send it shortly but asked us to pay for the time being.  We reluctantly did. What else could we do. When we arrived at Massai Mara Park gates, the guide did not have the money to pay for 3 days entrance fee. He paid for one. The next day we had to go to the gate again and pay for the remaining 2 days out of pocket because Natural World Kenya Safaris had not sent any money to the driver. We paid $ 2000 that we had already paid to the company. In all this, no one at Natural World Kenya Safaris replied to our emails or text messages. We luckily finished the safari with no issues after that. We are not sure if our guide was ever paid. One Star for the company is too much. The only thing that saved the trip from being a total disaster was our guide. Dikdik was funny, open, knowledgeable and honest. He found all the best spots for us and we had the most amazing game drives and sightings. So kudos to Dikdik and a big fat thumbs down to Natural World Kenya Safaris

Our 3-day visit to Masai Mara was a unique experience for me. Starting from Nairobi, we can go on a game drive on the first afternoon. We saw elephants, giraffes, lions, and even leopards. The second day was the Sunrise Game Drive - the opportunity to see a unique form of nature in the morning. I also had the opportunity to visit the Maasai village and learn about their culture. The guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. The safari jeep was nice and comfortable. This trip exceeded my expectations in a short time.

We had a great experience using Natural World Safaris! Faith helped us to organize our custom safari and she was outstanding. We had a lot of questions and she always answered them promptly and thoroughly. She helped us plan a Safari itinerary that was perfect for what we wanted. Our guide was Prince and he was clearly very experienced. He was very knowledgeable about all of the animals - even the smallest birds, insects and lizards. His taught us the need for patience while animal viewing. Because of him we were able to see a pride of Lions make two kills and were able to see a huge male lion wake from a nap and walk super close to us (both of these times we saw that most other vehicles came, saw that nothing was happening and left after five minutes). The lodges chosen for us were fantastic — from the food to the service to our rooms (3 out of 4 had decks with views of the watering holes). My only suggestion would be that the company change how they pay for lodges and park fees. We had delays getting in (and sometimes out) of every park - sometimes as long as 30 plus minutes. It was frustrating to see other safari vehicles zip through the gates quickly while we waited. And we had a problem checking into our last lodge which again caused a long delay. I think these problems could be solved if the company changed how/when they pay their fees. Aside from this everything was excellent and I would not hesitate to recommend Natural World Safaris!
