This was the perfect airport transfer service when I arrived in Nairobi. I had heard Ubers were ok to grab but I landed and couldn’t get any service to order one nor WiFi working. I had just enough service to write a prompt to ChatGPT asking how to get from the airport to the hotel. It gave me Mwashi and his company as a highly rated service. It gave me a number and I WhatsApp’s him asking if he could pickup immediately. He was available and so so wonderful! He taught me Swahili along the way and played tour guide teaching me about the city and the culture. His English was perfect as well. What a lovely way to be welcomed to Nairobi. Would definitely use him again!
Smooth and Reliable Service I had a great experience with Mwashi Airport Transfer and Taxi. The driver (George) was punctual, polite, and the ride was very comfortable. Communication was clear from pickup to drop-off, and the pricing was fair. I’d definitely recommend them for anyone looking for a reliable airport transfer service.
Not clear in communication, or booking. I had to call multiple times, text on whatsapp and still no confirmation so I cancelled the pick up. Please ensure you have adequate communication, feedback and booking system to avoid losing clients. Additionally, ensure calls are answered professionally. I did not have confidence in this company that they will pick up the person on time and the uncertainty of their responses was stressful as I am unable to go myself to the airport and was calling them in between meetings, the service needs improvement especially for new customers that haven't used your service before.
George arrived in plenty of time and gave us updates throughout the day. The car was clean and tidy and he let us know what to expect at the airport and helped us with luggage. I recommend this business as it provided excellent service.
