Off Road Thrills Quad Bike Adventure Uncovers Koh Samui’s Wild Interior

An action-filled quad biking experience is offering visitors a rugged and immersive way to explore the tropical landscapes of Koh Samui. The guided tour begins with a convenient hotel pickup across the island, followed by a safety briefing before riders set off on authentic Japanese quad bikes into the island’s dense jungle terrain.

The shorter one-hour route introduces participants to a mix of jungle trails, riverside paths, and elevated viewpoints. Riders are rewarded with sweeping vistas of Koh Samui’s mountains and coastline, where lush greenery meets the distant blue of the ocean, creating a striking contrast between adventure and natural beauty.

For those opting for the extended two-hour journey, the route ventures deeper into the island’s interior, weaving through coconut groves, rubber plantations, and muddy tracks. The ride becomes more dynamic as participants splash through shallow streams and follow hidden forest trails leading toward secluded natural areas.

A highlight of the longer tour includes a visit to a hidden waterfall, particularly scenic during the wet season, along with stops at panoramic mountain viewpoints. Light refreshments are served during breaks, allowing riders to pause and absorb the untouched scenery before returning, concluding a journey defined by energy, exploration, and Koh Samui’s raw natural charm.

This tour was incredible! The guides were fun, friendly, and made sure everyone felt safe the whole time. We got to see some stunning sights and buildings, enjoyed a delicious lunch, and finished it all off with a fresh coconut. Definitely a 10/10 experience!

Hello, unfortunately, I have to leave a negative review. We were a group of four people with two quads, and three other people joined our tour. They were driving very slowly, which made us stop and wait repeatedly. Altogether, there were seven quads in the group. The quads were in terrible condition — after the first 200 meters, one of them lost a wheel. Later on, four or five more broke down along the way, and some had to be replaced. All these issues caused long delays, so instead of a 3-hour trip, we only had around 1.5 hours of actual riding — the rest was spent waiting and dealing with repairs. All the quads were the same: small, weak, and in poor condition. We were riding two people on one quad, and even though we paid extra for the passenger, we got the same vehicle — it should have been larger and more powerful. The first half of the route was fine, going through the jungle, but the second half was just on asphalt at about 15 km/h, with scooters easily passing us. I don’t understand why our experience was so disappointing. Considering all the delays caused by the broken quads, we should have received at least a partial refund or an extended ride.

It was such an amazing experience!!! The guide was extremely friendly and polite, he knew his way all around the jungle and made us feel safe. It was a bumby ride but yet so exciting!! The guide showed us the banana spider and let us hold it, then we stopped by a snake fruit tree and let us try it. Eventually on the way we even saw a small snake !! The top view, the waterfall and the entire ride were perfect. We definitely would do it again!!!! Highly recommend it!!!💯💯💯
