We had a fantastic time on our bike tour! Neither of us had ridden a bike in some time, and never an electric bike, so we really appreciated that Barb took the time to show us the ropes and made sure we were comfortable with the bike handling before starting the tour. She stopped at the 2 street crossings and explained how we were going to cross, and took charge of making sure we got across safely. It was a very short street ride until we arrived on the flat, wide, easy bike path and then the fun began! Barb gave us a very informative and interesting background of the Santa Monica and Venice areas, complete with pictures from varied events over the years at our many stops. We learned a lot and truly enjoyed the ride. The best way to see the sights, we highly recommend Barb and the Pedal or Not Electric Bike Tour!
Great tour. The bike set up was easy and helpful, and.Barb was super knowledgeable and engaged. I learned more about the Barbie movie than I ever expected. Was a great way to spend three hours outdoors on the beach in Los Angeles. Muscle Beach Baby!

If you want to have a great experience with your family at the Venice Beach and Santa Monica strip you should definitely do the E-Bike tour with Barb from 'Pedal or Not Electric Bike Tours'. Our kids (12 and 14 years old) were not that enthusiastic when we decided to do a 3 hours bike tour along the Beach of Los Angels. Once we arrived and got the explanation about the working of the super cool e-Bike Beach Cruiser they already had fun. Cruising along the beach was the best way to explore Venice Beach and Santa Monica and Barb is a sweetheart of a woman who shares some fun facts with great enthusiasm. We really enjoyed it and can recommend everyone to do this, also with teenage kids😍

This was an absolutely brilliant tour. Barb and Steph are locals and know so much about the culture and history of Venice Beach and Santa Monica Pier. We had a wonderful time. The city is recovering from the fires and small businesses like Pedal or Not need support. This was a wonderful way to experience the area. The bikes are fun and easy to use. We saw celebrity homes including the Barbie beach house and where Lenny Kravitz used to live in the Venice canals. Loved seeing the vibrant life on the beach and especially the skaters doing tricks and people dancing and grooving on roller skates. AlSo much fun. Highly recommend.
