I can't say enough about the Rex Tour / E-Bike Tour. It was only my husband and I on the tour, but it made it feel so personal and special. Leo was a GREAT guide and took really good care of us. He took us to view the various monuments from great vantage points and where there weren't many crowds. He also asked us what we had seen and what we wanted to see and tailored the trip to what we were interested in. He took us through all these tiny streets and we really got a great feeling of Medieval Rome. Everyone should book this tour. We were also left with enough time to visit sites we wanted to spend more time in. Great!!!
We absolutely loved our evening tour with Leo and highly recommend it as a really wonderful way to see and learn about Rome. Leo was fantastic - he guided us round safely and comfortably (the e-bikes were amazing) and had an expansive and extremely interesting knowledge of the city and its history. Our family of 5 ( kids age 16, 14 and 11) did the morning 3 hour Rome City Segway tour in early July and absolutely loved it. It was a definite highlight of our trip and such a fun, easy way to see Rome, especially in the warm weather. Our guide Luigi was amazing and very mindful of our safety. We spent plenty of time in a quiet piazza getting lessons from Luigi about how to ride the Segways safely and did not set off until everyone was confident.Special permission had been given to include our 11 year old after I enquired via email before booking ( usual min age is 12). Our guide was knowledgeable, friendly and funny and found a way to engage us us with just the right amount of interesting information and lots of humour. We all absolutely loved this tour and would recommend it to any family visiting Rome as it was so much fun and a great way to see so many amazing sights in this incredible city.
My review is only on the owner him self since the weather was bad we had to reschedule. BUT Leopoldo the was sooo helpful he apologized and personally sat down with us gave us a map of the area and give us 10-12 pointers of what to eat or see in Rome from a locals point of view! We check out he favorite pizza place and it was delicious! He was so sweet and even gave us panchos just in case it rained on us. Thank you Leopoldo! Can't wait for our tour tomorrow! **** We went back today and wow definitely one of our best tours! Loved this tour so much our tour guide was amazing she knew so much information and was so cool and nice was a private tour just me and my boyfriend and it was awesome! Took tons of pictures!
