Bike Hire Check-In Ensures Safe and Well-Prepared Adventure


Guests are asked to arrive 30 minutes before their scheduled booking to allow plenty of time for check-in and preparation. This ensures the team can provide a full safety briefing and equipment demonstration before the ride begins.


Arriving early helps guests make the most of their hire time and ensures all bookings operate smoothly throughout the day. Late arrivals may result in a reduced hire period, as scheduled booking times cannot be extended.


For safety, children must be over 5 years old to ride a bike and over 1 year old to use a bike trailer. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult throughout the experience.


A refundable deposit is required for all hires, with £50 per bike for day bookings and £100 per bike for overnight rentals. Overnight hires also require an ID, bank card, or set of keys as security. Deposits are fully refunded once the equipment is returned safely and without damage.
