Very reasonable prices, spend the extra $30 US for a private tour guide. Their are 4 cenotes, and you can take your time this way. Plus once done with the tour you can swim to your hearts content.

We came here at Midday and it was quite full but okay! The toilets and showers were not so nice. The situation with the lockers is also not that nice. The life jackets were a little bit smelly. The place is wonderful tho! All the four Cenotes in one sitting and having a Guide that tells you about everything with passion made it incredible. Our Guide was Luis and he was wonderful, he really made this experience 10x better. He told us so many stories and so much about the culture and the cenotes, and made a everyone laugh. It was so nice, because he didn't just want to get through it, he really wanted to share the culture and lecture us. That really was amazing!

The park itself 5/5 It's huge! You can spend a whole day here. 4 cenotes, zipline, tour, kayak, swimming, places to cliff jump, food and a market to do some shopping for souvenirs. Service 2/5 The person at the ticket booth really didn't want to serve me. He just kept telling me my ticket was non-refundable once purchased. I was given zero instructions on where to go after purchasing my ticket so I drove around to the hotel instead of the cenote park. After finding directions and showering they told me I could choose to go kayaking or zipline (not both.) This is not true, you can actually do everything, once inside the park. There is a tour included that I was not offered and when I asked later in the day, they told me I was too later because the last one would be leaving now at 4pm. When I was leaving at 5pm they were still running new ones, that I could have joined had I not had to leave. This place is huge, so to get your money's worth, don't arrive later than 2pm. You can easily spend a few hours here. It will take a while to get your tickets, park, shower, get your locker and get into the park, so give yourself time for that too, especially if you have kids. I was solo and they weren't too busy when I went, but it still took about 30 minutes. *P.s. Don't take your cellphone unless it's in a waterproof case. The cashier told me it would be fine, but you spend most of the time in the water!
