Would highly recommend this company. When I arrived there was a small issue with my booking as it hadn't shown up on their system, but they handled it seamlessly, the tour started a little late but that was no issue. Big shout to Chanel/Shenel (not sure of spelling) and the whole team for their brilliant customer service, the tour covered all the best bits of Kingston included the famous Devon House ice cream. They dropped me back at my hotel at the end. Great day.
Excellent tour covering so many points of interest. Allisa was a great guide adding local flavour and charm, driver Marc piloted the bus like private security, and Shenell managed the trip from start to finish to ensure a memorable experience. Highly recommended.
Kingston city tour did a outstanding job in transporting our group of ten persons to Maroon town in Portland. The bus was very comfortable with AC for everyone comfort.the driver was very friendly and made everyone felt comfortable by stopping so we could get fruits from the roadside venders.
