We had such a great time on our tour with James. He was full of knowledge and the ability to chill and be taken places took the stress right out of the trip. I was so glad that I didn’t try to do this on my own. So worth it
We had a lovely time on our tour! Our guides Alex and Branden were great. They had planned a great route for our group and made sure to match people’s skill level and gave options for people of all abilities. Breathtaking photos, history of Oregon, and delicious food. Definitely a winter must to escape the city.
Great excursion for a trip out of town. The hotel pick up was perfect, we saw 5 amazing waterfalls and had a very knowledgeable Alex as our tour guide. So glad we took the Waterfall Shuttle! Little hikes up to these incredible waterfalls, and super spectacular views and scenery. Highly recommend!
This was the highlight of my trip!!! The tour was really spectacular! 💜💜💜 James was so friendly, knowledgeable, and funny!! He gave us plenty of time at each stop, provided lots of great information, and was a very safe driver!! I loved his stories and I felt like I could really feel his passion for his work and for the waterfalls 🤗🤗🤗 You can tell he really loves his city and the beautiful nature surrounding it. Each spot was absolutely stunning and easy to get to. 10/10, would highly recommend to anyone visiting Portland!! The company will even pick you up and drop you off at your local hotel 😌. James gave an incredible and informative tour for the group on a relatively rainy day on 11/03, Tue morning. He went over historical and current information of each destination (with some interesting twists) which made the guide so much more enjoyable. The short hikes to see the waterfalls were very easy — great for those who do not hike often. Despite the rain, I’d highly recommend taking the waterfall shuttle to nail down multiple waterfalls and do some sightseeing on the drive. Everyone in the waterfall shuttle team are friendly and patient. 10/10 coming back here again! Attached pictures taken but FYI these don’t do justice — need to see them for yourselves

The sunset guided waterfall tour is a must! James was a great tour guide with having knowledge of the area. He told stories and shared history that helped enhance the experience. The waterfalls are beautiful and ending with viewing the sunset at the Vista House is breathtaking. The convenience of pick up and drop availability at our hotel was wonderful.
