Today was my first visit to Urban Raw. The result, easily the BEST colour I’ve had in years! Sam was incredible from start to finish. I have never booked a return appointment on the spot until today! Sam is just amazing & the salon was so welcoming.

I see Gemma and she is so wonderful and amazing with my hair! Highly recommend! I also very recently got a keratin smoothing treatment with apprentice Jordan who was not only absolutely lovely but my hair literally feels like silk! I was really happy with my service from her too!! The salon is such a vibe! Also everyone is so friendly with the customers and also eachother which is nice :)
I had been trying to get into Urban Raw for quite sometime to see what all the fuss is about and I was most definitely not disappointed. From booking everything just went perfectly. I’m so happy with my hair, Mikayla is just wonderful! She done everything that I asked her to do but I also told her I have no idea what actually looks good on me so said for her to do what she thinks and she’s just done and absolutely fantastic job. I loved the whole experience, will definitely be back.
