Stopped here with a tour. The exhibits are very well designed and the building is beautiful. I enjoyed that it highlighted not only the passengers and the aftermath, but also the company behind it. This museum is more designed with interactive exhibits vs artifacts. Either way, it was thoughtfully curated and I am very happy I went.

I think the place lived upto the hype it had all around it. It was a great experience and powerful tribute to Belfast history. Amazing museum with informative displays, artefacts, and stories, and I think the experience could have been better had we taken the audio tour, but just a may be. Pretty neatly laid out, rather than just reading everything it’s really interactive and well presented. There is a little surprise too, which wasn't expected tbh. Worth a visit once ✨

Absolutely amazing. The exhibitions and sections are very well thought out, with clear storytelling, interactive stations, and an audio guide in many languages. One of the highlights is the cable-car style ride that shows a working day of the shipyard workers — it really brings the history to life. It is a very popular attraction, with hundreds of visitors every day, but it is organised well and never feels confusing. You should easily allow around 3 hours to see everything properly. There is a souvenir shop and a coffee shop inside the building, and several ticket options are available. We chose the ticket that included the SS Nomadic ship outside, and it added a lot to the experience. It made a strong impression on all of us — one of the best museum experiences we’ve had.

Visited on 31st Dec. I think 4 hours might not be enough. It sum up the entire belfast. Will go back again. Truly an eye-opening experience. It gave me a much deeper insight into Belfast’s culture than I anticipated. We spent 3.5 hours and still couldn’t cover everything. Definitely come early in the morning to fully enjoy it

We visited in August ‘25. I personally loved the experience. It was fascinating to learn all about the other industries that flourished as a result of the ship building industry in Belfast. The sheer scale of what was involved in the building of these ships was astounding. We didn’t do the guided tour, just wandered around and took it all in. A really great experience, Very interesting, at times quite somber. To see the names of those who didn’t survive on a wall was very sad. Highly recommended. A great facility and quite reasonably priced.
