Awful experience. Crowded, expansive food… Free drinks, ok, they were awful. I stopped drinking the free craft beer afraid I would pile all over, it just tasted bad. AC inside must have been broken because it was hot, outside not enough sitting and it was the best place to be. Just another tourist trap. For the actual sunset it was not worth it. Maybe with better drinks and food.

Disaster. If it wasn't for the crew I'd start them with just 0, the organizer (Daniela) is completely unwillling to help. For this amount of money I'd go to any other Tigre boat experience, just simply not worth it. We were a massive group and she just couldn't care less. Not one attention was given, not to say a very dodgy "menu" (a paper handwritten) that I've asked previously but was never given via Whatsapp, and it was just thrown at us when we were already in the boat. We were not given the residential/not residential difference. There was a mistake in their webpage so, after receiveing the email with confirmation and organizing everything for the group by my own, she decides to cancel it abruptly. Then 45' later she called me and (without even near to apologizing for...their-own-mistake) tells me that they've thought about it and that they would re-do the booking. Moreover, she wouldn't take a big group for a booking as a whole, we would have to pay all of us together or be out of the boat basically. Also, she told me as a suggestion that "people could just go there and pay it on the day, but that it was subject to availability" (?) What type of service for a big group is it? None. Everything seems to be very unprofessional and literally the only ones sustaining this trip is the crew which are really nice. The general appearance of the boat is very outdated and looks as if they haven't done maintenance on it for long years. Waiting for an hour to go for an hour also kinda don't makes sense, the trip was short and the only sightseeing were some containers on the port. Good that the sun was setting cause if not, the excursion would have been totally forgetable.

Marvellous ride and great assistance from the staff. Lovely views of the city! Lunch can be quite overpriced though.

Because they put the wrong location on the map. It's actually a little bit further, on the left.
