We had a fantastic day on this excursion! Hotel pick-up was right on time, and the transfer at the central meeting point was very organized. At the zip lines, we were given a bin for belongings. I recommend not bringing anything large or valuable. Lockers were available for $5 but were small. The zip lines were amazing and ran efficiently. Our kids (9 & 7) completed all lines up to #9 with no issues and loved it. A staff member escorted them back at the end of #8 so we could finish the course β much appreciated. Water and refill stations were provided. Lunch was a full meal with fried chicken and was great. Monkeyland was slower paced but well organized and enjoyable. We had a great day! Overall, highly recommend this tour!

We had an amazing day from start to finish and thoroughly enjoyed every moment. We were picked up at 7am by our lovely tour guide, Eddie, who was fantastic. A big hats off to the driver too β navigating the mountains with ease while showing us local villages along the way. He was very bubbly and made the journey memorable. The excursions were incredible. We did the zipline and Monkey Land, both of which were amazing experiences. The minibus can be a little cold as itβs a safari-style bus with open windows, but the journey was smooth and comfortable. We also learned how cocoa beans and coffee are made, enjoyed a walk through the jungle, and finished with delicious food including chicken, rice, and salad. Everything was well organised and clear throughout. I would definitely recommend this experience.

This experience was amazing! We were picked up and took a short ~55 min ride to the park. From there we went on all 12 zip lines! All the staff were extremely helpful and ensured everyone felt safe! Following the zip lines, we had a wonderful typical Dominican lunch (the chicken is phenomenal) and were able to relax momentarily before moving on. Monkeyland is a very cool experience with the staff going everyone several opportunities to take pictures with the monkeys. The monkeys seemed very happy and well taken care of! Finally we visited the coconut house where we learned the process for cocoa, coffee, vanilla, and coconut oil! The experience was absolutely worth every penny, the guides were wonderful, and I recommend everyone take this tour!

Was a near perfect experience. Truly. (Beware of the influencer type that try and steer the attention of the trainers towards them! Hogging the experience) The trainers did great with trying to ensure equal time with the critters. The plantation portion was great as well! The coffee and chocolate were soooo good. The photos taken by the photographer were much better than what I could capture with my phone. Our driver Juan Cruze (the Dominican Tom Cruise) was also stellar. His English was great and he talked about the communities were drove through and shared a lot of fun info. I would definitely recommend.

The experience with the monkeys was very nice , but i think the price is way to high: 80 dollars for a half an hour experience . And we also have to wait one hour for a group to come in order to enter with them at the monkeys. No one told me if the cofee/cacao tour was included in this price β¦..

To say this was amazing is a huge understatement. Not a single time did I feel pressured to buy/tip. I did do both because the products they were selling were good and sustainable and the service amazing. I learned so much about Dominican culture and interesting facts about the local areas on this tour. They do a fabulous job and really make you feel like they are doing good things for the families in the area not just abusing them for there land and location. Some reviews said you were only with the monkeys for a few mins but I didnt feel like that at all. Yes they were only on me when I was the one with food but just seeing them with the other people and hearing them and seeing them was magical. I left that tour feeling blessed and just knew I had done something most people could only dream of. Special shout out to Eddy, George (of the jungle) and miguel who roasted our coffee and shared his families land with us and who is also my birthday twin HAPPY BIRTHDAY MIGUEL !! I highly recommend this tour!

Amazing experience!!! The staff is friendly, and pays attention to your needs, and without saying a word, they make all necessary changes on the go. The monkeys are a fun bunch, and if you have kids, I cannot recommend this tour strongly enough. The whole experience was great!!! You are allowed to take your photo and video, and if you don't have a camera, or do not want to use yours, a photographer will take your photos. The prices for the photo package is very reasonable (not like at local dolphin encounter, where they overcharge you for pictures, and should be reported to the local prosecutors). The photos are great memories for many years to come. P.S. the monkeys have such soft paws, i would have neve guessed this. π€£

Everything was absolutely amazing and I very recommend to visit this beautiful place. Our tour guide was professional and he spoke spanish, english, italian, french... wau π Our kids loved it there. When you go right to the monkeys sanctuary you have to left all your belongings at one place or you can buy locker for 5 USD in the shop (which I highely recommend). You can take with you inside only mobile phone, camera, go pro... cap and sunglasses. They also made you delicious lunch, you can buy lovely souvenirs at the shop, or buy some ice cream. They have their personal photographer and you can buy photos for 50 USD if you liked them - they send photos to you via email.
