This palace truly shows the real history of the royal family and how they lived their lives. From the front, it offers a majestic view with a wide open landscape decorated with golden grills. In front of the palace, the statue of Louis XIV is stunning and adds to the grandeur of the place. You can book tickets online or buy them at the ticket counter. If you are traveling with luggage, you can deposit it in their locker room. Inside the palace, French history is beautifully presented and well preserved. Behind the palace, a stunning garden is waiting for you. You can walk around and explore the gardens, or you can rent a battery car, which costs approximately 42 euros for one hour. The Palace of Versailles is a true symbol of French history and the royal era. It is definitely worth visiting.

It’s a cosy, windy, rainy day as weather reports said. We booked at 10am but were there abit late. We got Versailles palace app and booked for AUDIO GUIDE. We spent time in palace 2:30 hours and came out to garden. Too bad many chambers and parts of gardens were closed. I heard it is not many people. It might be the weather. It’s easy to go there from city too. Watch out sometimes the train changes the platform. Overall 👍👍👍👍
