Excel any way to export all of Prague if you ona short stay trip it take you the most important sites very narrative May be delayed due traffic drive has some breathtaking views of Prague . Best thing is you get down and cost as many place you want the monastery , castle the city centre, Museum, main railway station

The tour was fantastic! Very informative thanks to precorded guides, well organised - punctual and reliable. 2 hours (including 30 min around the Castle break) was used in 100% to see the most important points on a Prague's map. Very efficient, worth the price.

Very interesting and excellent value money. I would highly recommend this trip.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS "TOUR"!!! If losing almost $100 and barely getting to use the bus is your vibe then by all means go with City Sightseeing Prague. We have been traveling across Europe for the past couple of months and have been burned by this company in other cities. We wanted to give them another chance in Prague but this is by far the worst one yet. We bought a 48hr ticket with the boat tour (even bigger waste of money). On the first day we waited for over an hour for a bus that never showed up at the stop. We ended up traveling to a different stop only to have to rush to catch the bus because our time was being wasted at the information booth. They absolutely do not take the mobile ticket like they claim they do. Once we were on the bus (not a double decker bus by the way) you could barely seen anything on the tour. The audio is incredibly disappointing as it cuts in and out. Also be prepared to walk to the boat tour pier because the bus does not stop near the pier at all. The boat tour was a huge waste of time and money. The boat was enclosed with glass which made it hard to get pictures without a glare of the only 3 buildings pointed out on the tour and there was zero air conditioning. For most of the Prague boat tour you will be looking at water, trees and a couple of bridges. On day two we went back to the stop that was closest to us to wait for the next bus but this was the most infuriating part of it all. A bus pulls up but does not stop at the designated stop. The driver had to wait in traffic, clearly seeing us wave him down. He points ahead and keeps on driving, naturally we started chasing the bus thinking he would maybe stop at the next one (15 minute walk away) but he doesn't. Not sure when this company started picking and choosing when they will and will not stop at the designated stops but it sure would be nice to let your customers know that. On top of it all we are in 2025 and City Sightseeing does not have an app to let you track the busses and stop times. Good luck figuring out when you can "hop on." You have been warned. Don't let their inevitable response to this review make you think twice. We did infact do the City Sightseeing tour and they do poorly play classical music during part of their tour. Go with BigBus! ***UPDATE*** We figured out that the bus doesn't stop at stop 8 according to their map. It stops a street over. Also the driver of our bus got into a pissing contest with another vehicle and ended up scraping up the bus and the other vehicle.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Our experience with City Sightseeing in Berlin was disorganized and irritating, but we were willing to give it another chance in Prague. This turned out to be an incredibly disappointing waste of time and money. We purchased the 48 hour bus pass with the boat tour. The main issue is there is no app to track the buses or know when they are coming. The only way you can figure out the scheduled times is by getting one of their maps which is only available at the main office (which also inconveniently closes at 4 pm!). They list nothing about the times on their website at all. We waited at one of the stops for almost an hour before giving up and taking public transit to the main office. The buses also only stop at each place once an hour on the red line which is insane. We did the blue line and the boat the first day, which were just alright. The audio guide is sparse with the information and has a lot of dead air between stops. The bus was so rickety that it was hard to get good pictures, and the stops are poorly planned so you can’t actually see any of the important buildings without getting off and walking. The boat tour was pretty short and disappointing as well because you don’t get to see much and you have to walk about 15 minutes off the bus just to get to the pier. Just more poor planning with the stop locations. Then on our second day, we waited at stop 8 on the red line. The bus showed up on schedule but the driver REFUSED TO STOP. We waved at him and he waved us off and kept driving! They advertise being able to “hop on and hop off anywhere” but clearly this is not the case. I have never experienced such terrible customer service and disorganization in my life, and I’ve done a lot of these bus tours all over Europe. Save your money and do Big Bus instead - it’s much more organized, you can track their buses through the app (seriously, who doesn’t have an app for this kind of thing in 2025??), and their buses come a lot more frequently. This whole experience was a waste of almost $100. Including a photo of my brochure and ticket so they can’t say I’m reviewing the wrong company, as I see they’ve been doing that with a lot of these reviews.

Very nice tour, good explanations and sufficient break at Prague Castle.

It was a simple straightforward tour, but with lots of information in the commentary and some extra information about Czech Republic in general.

I have taken countless hop-on hop-off bus tours in cities around the world, and never have I experienced something as disorganized, misleading, and downright infuriating as this one in Prague. With only 4 hours in the city, I made the mistake of purchasing a 24-hour ticket from this company instead of a more reputable competitor like BigBus. Their website clearly states "mobile vouchers accepted," but that turned out to be meaningless. I waited over an hour at the main train station stop—along with a growing, frustrated crowd—only to be denied boarding because the bus was already nearly full. People were pushing and shoving to get on. This wasn’t a weekend or peak season—it was a random Wednesday! When I asked what to do, I was told the next bus would arrive in another hour. Completely unacceptable. I then walked to their main kiosk, where I was handed a "time stamp" allowing me to use the ticket an hour later—by which time I would already be gone. In other words, they sold me a service I couldn’t even use. But the worst part? I was treated with appalling rudeness at their main office. One staff member in particular—a black-haired woman—yelled at me for simply asking for help. Absolutely unprofessional and inexcusable. This entire experience was a waste of 2 precious hours, €60 (30 each of us), and any chance of seeing Prague. I strongly urge others to avoid this company at all costs, and I demand a full refund for a service that was never delivered.

I’ve done bus tours in many cities around the world and this was not a good one. The audio cuts out and the voice states out guide will tell us more I was sitting behind the guide and he was on the phone he only stated when people should get out. The bus you cannot get good photos from it due to it being tinted windows and road level. Once we reached our boat (which is 1000% recommended it’s by Prague boats you can book seperate) we did not get back on the bus I felt it was a waste of money.

loved the route the bus took us on and the time we had to explore the castle. a bit more time would be great. maybe fans would be a nice addition
