We came to Prague on a short city break and used Martin tours for all of our trips and tours. We would like to thank all of the guides that we were with, as each was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Today we travelled to Terezine to the Gestapo political prison(small fort) and the ghetto (large fort) Our guide for the trip was Petr. From the outset Petr was informative, well spoken, courteous and answered questions, whenever asked. He made the trip to such a depressing place, very interesting and everyone on the trip, left with a lot more knowledge about what happened in Terezine. Martin tours should be very pleased to have such a person as one of their staff, as he represents the company to the highest of standards and takes much pride in passing on information in a very easy and understandable way. Thank you Petr for making our last tour in Praha, fantastic.

We have done a number of hop on hop off tours in Europe, this was by far the worst. We sat in traffic for an hour with very little narrative on the audio. The bus only comes every hour so you really have to plan your hop offs. God forbid you loose the ticket even with a receipt for purchase you are SOL. Pick a different bus tour, do your homework better than I did.

We booked the Half day coach tour from Prague to Kutná Hora tour as it was advertised in the itinerary that we will get to spend 40 minutes at the ossuary but when we got there we were told that we only have 15 minutes. We immediately raised our concerns and said that the main attraction for us is the ossuary and been planning to see it for years but our guide Peter got visibly annoyed and spoke over our us and told us that we are wrong and the advertisement is wrong and we need to move on to St Mary’s church (which was not on the itinerary). We were really upset by this and a dream trip to see one of our bucket list items was rushed and our concerns not taken seriously. After we left and got to at Mary’s, Peter told us that we don’t need to see the church and we can go back to the ossuary for the last 15 minutes. His tone of voice said everything. At this point our entry tickets was already spend and this information would have been much more useful when we were at the ossuary and we voiced our concerns before entering and we could have stayed a little longer as we planned and as what was advertised for the trip. Following this disappointment and the attitude of our guide. the rest of the day was ruined. Really disappointed that after weeks of excitement to see this extraordinary place, it was so rushed and felt that concerns was so blatantly dismissed. Kutna Hora is a beautiful town and St Barbara’s and the old town was amazing, but I would strongly recommend that you check and confirm the itinerary before boarding this tour. I would not use Martin tour company ever again.

This trip was a history trip. Very good.

Not a bad tour. Bus was short and not extremely comfortable but it’s a bus with windows. Plug in headset giving an audio tour for two hours in over 15 different languages was pretty cool. Got to get out and see the famous castle for at least 25 minutes. Be warned though, if you are not back in time to get on the bus THEY WILL LEAVE YOU AND NOT CARE. Be back on the bus at the stated deadline or be left and miss Alf the tour. Overall it was a good time and a chance to take a break from walking for a couple hours.

Took the two hour tour, and they provide an audio guide in several languages. The bus stopped at the Prague Castle for 45 minutes to provide time to look around, and one can go into the front section of St Vitus cathedral for free, and walk to the plaza for a fantastic view of the city.
