They pick us late from hotel, when we got to Hanoi, they didn’t help with luggage. As we were running late for the flight and asked them to drop us off 1st as we had international flight to catch. They kept say yes yes and still dropped other guest at Hanoi hotels, which was a traffic trap.didnt speak English and had althe most stressful trip to airport. I would give them negative 5 for arrogance and unethical.
Went from Hanoi to Ninh Binh and back. Extremely scary experience, the drivers were speeding, overtaking very in very risky ways, overall super dangerous driving.
Would recommend just writing on WhatsApp as I can’t figure out how to get the page in English. Is not located on this address, but just tell them where you are and they pick you up. Clean and safe minibus drive.
Booked a limousine from ha noi to ninh binh and it was great. They picked us up from our place in the morning and after we were done at ninh binh, we were dropped back to our place at ha noi. The staff were respectful and patient. Definitely recommend this service.
