Poor Balloon Experience over Ronda. Pilot had set up just to look over his right shoulder which meant he kept balloon static throughout, as a result we had to look at the back of the heads of the other passengers throughout the whole flight (if we had looked out over the rim we would never have even seen Ronda). The pilot also had his altitude alarm on constantly (imagine constant beeps throughout). Both of these are very unusual (I have been on many balloon flights). General just a poor experience for such an expensive thing to do. I recommend trying their rival Globotur Balloons - they flew on the same day as us over Ronda and their balloon clear spun to ensure all passengers got a good view.

We had the tour in Guadix, because the weather for Ronda was not promising. The contact, plans, communication in advance, were very good and friendly. Then we met our Piloto. He was totally on time and already filling the balloon. The introduction was quick and good, we wasted no time aaaaand off we go. The start was amazing and the flight was amazing too! Our Piloto was very friendly and professional. He could answer all of our questions. The Landing was smooth and the following care very quick where we landet. They were a very good and (i say it again) professional Team. We then drove to the included Breakfast on an Oliver farm. Usually the Desayuno in such packets is not that good, pero this Breakfast was escellente! Jamon, jam, Tomato, frech orange Juice and very good coffee. We furthermore, got a hat as present and a Voucher for one of the legendary CaveHouses. We can 1000% recommend this company and this experience. It was perfect. Our flight over Ronda was truly magical! Seeing Puente Nuevo from a bird’s eye view had me in awe. José and his rescue team made everyone feel extremely safe and comfortable while enjoying the scenic views of Ronda. Their hospitality and professionalism were top tier throughout the entire experience. 10/10 would recommend!
