This was my first time visiting Morocco, and unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed with the service at Avis. I had a prepaid reservation that clearly included an additional driver, yet I was still charged extra for it. Despite showing proof, the person at the counter insisted on adding unnecessary charges and tried to upsell additional items that were not part of my booking. As an Avis Preferred member, I expected a smoother and more transparent experience, but instead, it felt like they were trying to overcharge me. It’s unfortunate because I chose Avis for its international reputation and professionalism, but this experience left a very negative impression. I hope management reviews these practices to ensure customers are treated fairly and consistently, especially international travelers.
