This place has one of the best views in Madrid, just like other rooftops in the city. However, my rating is based on the staff, not the view. To access the rooftop, you have to pay €10 per person, with nothing included. When you get upstairs, the servers are friendly, but you must pay in advance for your drinks. We were a party of five, and before even receiving our drinks, we had to pay — which was fine; I understand those are the rules. The problem happened when we were leaving. As we exited through the same door we entered, my husband wanted to use the bathroom. The female security guard was very rude, and the man who collects the €10 entrance fee told him that if he wanted to go to the bathroom, he had to pay again another €10! Specified those are the rules. My husband had an emergency to go to a bathroom. We had already paid €50 for entrance and ordered drinks, and they clearly saw us leaving. Still, they denied my husband access to the restroom. It honestly felt like the security lady and the man downstairs took pleasure in refusing him. This happened on October 28,2025, late at night. The view is great, but the staff’s attitude completely ruined the experience. I will definitely never come back, we went to círculo de Bellas artes , azotea Cibeles and arco de diana without any issues.

Fabulous views of Madrid and there was no line when I went early. Things are overpriced and if you want a table, you have to wait in an extra line. We just went up to get the perfect photos of Madrid from above and that was worth the fee to get in.

Paid €85 for 6 drinks, not too bad for a 360 view of Madrid downtown. Clear blue skies, shade and the famous glass walk. You're not allowed to walk around with your drinks mind. Staff do laps to keep you refreshed. There's also crisps, peanuts and olives served. Great music selection on hand too.
