I just returned from a 6 day Kilimanjaro hike and 4 day safari organized by Tanzania Classic Tours. I have to say, I was impressed by the professionalism of the operator! Everything went perfectly: The guides on both the Kilimanjaro hike and the safari were incredibly knowledgeable, motivating and supporting. The food provided by the cook was outstanding and all needs were catered for throughout the entire trip. For summiting Kilimanjaro, the crew of guides, cook and porters always had a smile on their faces and it really helped me to motivate myself on the tough hike. From being picked up at the airport until being dropped off again for my return flight, all aspects of the trip were meticulously organized and went smoothly as planned. I spent three wonderful days on safari with my wife — we visited Serengeti and Ngorongoro. The weather was absolutely perfect, despite it being the rainy season. We stayed in luxurious tented camps with outstanding cuisine and top-class service. Leonardo, our guide and host, took care of us in every aspect and anticipated our needs. I truly believe he represents a world-class level of service. The comfortable safari vehicle allowed us to get incredibly close to the animals — almost within touching distance. I sincerely recommend this trip — it was an amazing and unforgettable adventure.
With Tanzania Classic we climbed Kilimanjaro for seven days. Then we went on a safari in Tarangire and Ngorongoro parks. An incredible experience. From the very beginning with the people from Tanzania Classic we felt like family. Everyone from the porter to the guide gave us a sense of security, care and incredible kindness.
