This was my first time joining a Viator tour as a solo traveler. To be honest, I was a little nervous because I was by myself and not very confident in English…because I am a typical Japanese. But once the tour started, all my worries disappeared — I had a great time from beginning to end! Our tour guide, Mr. Joshua, was simply amazing. When a child in the group suddenly cried, her mom looked very devastated … but Joshua gently stepped in and made the little one smile again. He was like a caring big brother! Even when we had a flat tire on the way back, he and his team handled it so calmly and kindly that it didn’t feel like trouble at all. Everything — even the unexpected parts — became a fun memory for me. Thanks to Joshua, Calgary has become one of my favorite places! For travelers: Even if you’re not good at English, you can still enjoy this kind of tour with peace of mind ✌️✨

What an absolutely incredible day! I went on a Banff Everyday Tours adventure with Mike as our guide, and it was amazing from start to finish! I went solo, thinking I might feel out of place, but so many others were also traveling alone, and the energy was just so positive, it made making friends effortless! Mike was beyond fantastic, friendly, knowledgeable, and full of great suggestions that made the experience truly unforgettable. Every stop was breathtaking, and the little touches, like providing shoe spikes for the slippery trails, made such a difference. It was a long day packed with stunning views, laughter, and moments I’ll remember forever. I’m so grateful I stepped out of my comfort zone and joined this tour, it turned into one of my favorite travel experiences ever. Huge thanks to Banff Everyday Tours and especially to Mike for creating memories to last a lifetime! 💛 Highly, highly recommend!

Not on did we go to amazing places like Lake Louise, Marble Canyon, Banff, Bow Falls and others in the area... But what adds to the trip is the tour guide. Joshua, our tour guide, was very knowledgeable about Calgary, Banff National Park and the surrounding areas. He was very fun, very talkative and responsive. Just an all around great tour guide! The places he took the group were amazing, but his added information and commentary helped make our trip well worth it!
