My husband and I were here 2 years ago, and Fernando and his sister Fernanda were our guides. We came back this year because of them. We were entertained by Fernando and Rigo, and had an incredible time once again. Give these men a raise. So much fun. We will be back and recommend this company just because of Fernando and Rigo.
I found this place through Localbird, a website our air bnb gave us. My partner and I decided to give it a shot and I am so glad that we did! It was so much fun. We went the day after a lot of rain so there were a ton of puddles for us to splash in to as well. The description on Localbird was a little bit lacking specifying just a “cenote” but the cenote was BEAUTIFUL! Definitely worth every penny. They also picked us up from our hotel which was very nice. The only downside was that the van did not have any air conditioning, we were sweating so much on the (maybe hour ride) to the location. We even got to see a tarantula! The guides were also super friendly and created a very fun atmosphere (definitely tip your guides).
Truly one of our favourite experiences we had in Mexico - so glad we booked it! And don't hesitate to book it even if it's raining - we went on a really gloomy day, and although it didn't rain for the actual experience, we were left driving in the puddles, which made the drive so much more fun!! Truly like kids jumping in puddles. Fernando and Rigo, our tour guides, were amazing (and they took some great photos and videos of us at no cost - thank youuu!! We were quoted up to $100 for photos on other tours.) . The equipment was well-maintained, and we felt very safe. The route we took through the jungle was amazing - we especially loved the proper jungle trail. And you get so much out of it! Not just a few minutes of driving, but the full 40-something kilometers they promise. The cenote was stunning - we went to a few different ones in our Mexico stay, but this one was so unique and the water was stunning. Very well organized day, and we had so much fun!!
We had such a great time on this tour! Our guides, Fernando and Rigo, were absolutely fantastic — super funny, friendly, and really knowledgeable. They made the whole experience feel fun and relaxed from beginning to end. They also took loads of great photos and videos for us, which was such a nice touch — we honestly felt like VIPs the whole time. We finished at a stunning cenote, and it was the perfect way to end the day. We had plenty of time to swim, jump in, and just enjoy the refreshing water — nothing felt rushed at all. Can’t recommend this tour enough. If you get Fernando and Rigo as your guides, you're in for a great time!
We had such an amazing time on our Jungle Buggy Tour in Playa Del Carmen! Emmanuel and Fernando were the absolute best guides, so fun, hilarious, and incredibly helpful the entire time. They went above and beyond to take tons of great photos for us, which we really appreciated. We were a little worried at first because it was raining, but honestly, the rain made the tour even more magical! The jungle looked even more lush and beautiful, and it added a whole extra level of adventure to the ride. The highlight was jumping into a stunning cenote at the end - such a perfect way to wrap up an unforgettable day. Highly recommend this tour and especially Emmanuel and Fernando. Thank you both for making our experience so special!
