In conclusion: Christian Eckert is a charismatic, competent, and enthusiastic guide. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to get to know Weimar in an entertaining and insightful way. Five out of five stars!

A first-class city tour – with Christian Eckert through Weimar The tour with Christian Eckert was a real highlight of our stay in Weimar. With impressive expertise, deep historical insights, a keen sense of context, and a great sense of humor, he introduced us to the city in a very special way. Christian is a master at not only conveying history, but also making it come alive. Whether it's Goethe, Schiller, the Bauhaus, or the city's turbulent political past – every stop was thoughtfully and excitingly presented. You can feel his passion for the city and its stories at every moment. Unreservedly recommended for anyone who wants to not just see Weimar, but truly understand it.

As a (large) family, we had a fantastic tour of the Old Town with Mr. Eckert. He did a truly excellent job of entertainingly and informatively conveying Weimar's eventful history to a very diverse group (ages 15-85!). My 20-year-old daughter's conclusion after two hours: "I would have loved to have had that guy as a teacher"... need I say more?!? Thank you so much from all of us 🫶

Christian was such a delight. He provided a historical tour of the city in a way that could engage anyone! He mixed history together with a touch of current relatable material, keeping the group laughing and wanting to see and hear more! Thank you so much for an evening full of memories!

Friendly, fun and very competent. Highly recommended.
