We chose Lombok Wonderful as our tourplanner for our honeymoon. We had such a wonderful time, our guide/driver Umar was a very friendly en kind person. He showed us beautiful places, authentic restaurants and told us a lot about Lombok. Arrangement was easy. Everything is through whatsapp. I browsed the website n contacted the whatsapp number given for our group of 6pax for a private tour 4d3n package. Mr Pram (was told later that he is the owner) responded and patiently answered all queries and accomodated the changes that our group wanted. Our guide cum driver Mr Umar is fantastic very polite accomodative and informative. Payment for deposit was done through international bank transfers and the balance we paid in cash after we checked in the hotel. Only disappointment is some of the meals were probably pre-ordered (ayam taliwang n seafood dinner) too early n thus when we arrived they were already cold when served. We love the bebek and bakso restaurants.

The transportation we used during the trip was very comfortable, and our driver, who also served as our guide, was able to provide information about our destinations.
