This is my second time using this car rental with driver in Jakarta, and the service is consistently excellent. The car was very clean, felt new, and super comfortable. The driver and also the owner, Mas Kenny was on time, friendly, and professional. It made the whole trip smooth and easy, even with Jakarta traffic. The price is fair and can be negotiated a bit, which is a nice bonus. If I come back to Indonesia, I’ll definitely use his service again. Highly recommended! SUPER LOVEEEE THE SERVICE!
We book with this company pretty last minute as we wasn't able to get any driver for our trip from Jakarta - Bandung - Bogor. We were surprise that Mr Kenedy really accepted our request and even cater us great service despite the last minute booking. We really appreciate Mr Kenedy assistance. He was very prompt with his replies and easy to talk to when u have questions or doubts. Even better when the driver (Mr Adek) that drives us around indonesia is a nice guy! He had helped my sister when she was having an asthma attack during our holiday. He drove us to the nearest hospital for her treatment and we are so grateful to him. My kids really like being around him and he is so approachable. He had given us great recommendations to where shall we eat for our dinner which was a blast! 😋 Not to mention, We were surprise how clean the vehicle was and very cosy for our big family.
