The entire experience with Explore Roatan was exceptional. From the pre booking inquiring stage to booking and then the experience was first class. We booked a private snorkel tour. We arrived to Coxen Hole on MSC cruise ship. The day of our tour the water was rough and rainy. So we could not do the tour we planned, due to the weather. Dorian is a solution seekeer and organized a snorkel trip on the lee side of the island. The weather was not great, however we found calm waters to see the coral and fish. The lunch was a fabulous cevinchi! On the way back to the Cruise ship, he stopped at a local shopping spot so we could buy some local chocolate and gifts. I highly recommend Explore Roatan! They know how to give the best to their guests.
We had a fantastic experience with Janet! She was waiting for us right as we got off the ship, made us feel comfortable, and took us everywhere we wanted to go. We had an amazing time horseback riding, interacting with sloths, snorkeling, and relaxing at the beach. Everything ran smoothly, and we were back right on time for our ship’s departure. Highly recommended!
My husband and I had the best time yesterday!! We are on a cruise and booked a shore excursion through Explore Roatan. Our driver was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and was fantastic at getting us to our destinations on time. I was a little worried about booking an excursion outside of the cruise line, but we had no problems getting back in time. We just really enjoyed the day and are grateful for such great service!
A year ago our family (6 of us) booked a private tour with your company (I was very nervous booking directly through a private company and not through our cruise ship) but our tour guide, Cynthia, was absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond for us! So when we saw that our most recent cruise was going to Honduras it wasn't a question of what we were going to do on our Honduras day. We (2 of us) arrived at the port and found our guide (Kisha) (a little disappointed that it wasn't Cynthia) but still excited. We got into her car and she asked if we had been to Rotan before. We told her YES! And started telling her how we had such a wonderful experience with Cynthia and that she was such a great person!! Kisha spoke up and said "that's my mom"! I couldn't believe how lucky we were to now have Cynthia's daughter as our tour. She was just as amazing as Cynthia! They are such an Asset for your company to have. We will be bringing our kids back later on this year and we will be booking another tour with your company. We recommend your company whenever we get the chance. I booked a last minute private excursion with Explore Roatan for my son and I to go to Little French Key. Our guide, Cynthia met us right outside the cruise port and was waiting when we arrived. She was so friendly upon first interaction as we walked to her air conditioned SUV. As we passed locations she gave us some history about it. When we arrived at LFK she came in with us and took the ferry with us and made sure we were settled in before leaving. To say we had an amazing day at LFK would be an understatement. The water was perfect, my son barely wanted to come out and the food and drinks were yummy. Cynthia arrived to get us about 2 hours before we were due back on the ship and got us back safely and on time.
