We paid and they told us 1 minute after that the bus is full. They left us and told us that we had to take the bus one hour later. We explained it to the next bus driver and he didn’t said much. We went in to the next bus which left at 13:00 instead of 11 what they told us. And we had to pay again. It’s not nice to be scammed. Advice to people who go by bus, pay inside or afterwards but not outside. We went to the office. They told us to buy our tickets there in the future, not at the bus. And gave us the money back. That was nice :) Furthermore the busses are fine.

We got our tickets the day before our trip. It is my advise for others to do so because it is safer that way. Just make sure to ask around on the time of your departure because our bus came late. There was air conditioning which was nice and a waiting area. This bus station was much better than the Tirana Terminal for sure.

They do offer service to Blue eye & back for 4 euros (400 Lek) one way twice a day. (Which I found is great to exist) However, today I booked a return ticket (800 Lek) as advised by the man in the office who said it’s better to book both ways in advance as sometimes bus is full. Then on the return trip, bus showed up actually full & I had to stand from blue eye to sarande despite booking a ticket in advance! So not a good service in that way! I went to the office on arrival & explained this was not supposed to happen, they said sorry but no refund or any form of compensation. So my advice is book 1 way only & know return time of the bus but don’t commit or rely on it. Hence 2 stars rate. ___________________ Update: OMG, This bus service is doing the bare minimum🥲 not good & I wish there were other options! Took the bus with them from Sarande to Tirana @14:00, was fully booked, Air condition almost not working 5 hour road 😢🤯 & the man who checks tickets on the bus was very rude to me! I had an empty chair next to me & people were coming up the bus, searching for their seats by numbers & no one asked to sit next to me, he was trying to find a seat for a lady & then instead of asking if I can remove my bag he removed my bag himself & squeezed it overboard & shouted at me. Very bad experience regarding that, unfortunately I didn’t reply back because I was shocked from the rudeness! Obviously if anyone asked me to step aside or remove my bag, I would have definitely happily did so & I wasn’t aware at that point the service was full booked. There is a massive room for improvement!

Very basic station. The bus to Tirana is 1500L or 16Euro. The bus is old, and no A. C. We phoned and they told us to just come 1h early to buy the tickets on the day we wanted to travel...but we decided to buy them the day before and we did well ... It was full and there was no space left on the bus. I guess it depends on the season. The bus stops for about 15 min. at an Autogrill After a couple of h drives. You have time to use the restroom and buy coffee snacks etc. etc.

Unlike other buses in the majority of Albania, you have to prebook your ticket. You should give yourself plenty of time as they can fill up quickly especially during tourist season. The ticket prices are a bit high with 1500 lekë being the price to Tirana. They have large buses which can get hot so bring water and maybe a fan. You are assigned a seat and given your ticket. The seats are kinda tight so be prepared for a long and somewhat uncomfortable ride.
