The set up is easy online but there was not communication after the initial set up. We didn't know if we were going to be picked up for sure or not but the driver was outside with a sign and a very nice van to take us to the hotel. Very expensive compared to using Uber or Indrive but if you want the highest level of professional service then this is for you. Highly recommend 😁

Very good and trustful company. Kept in touch before arrival and safe transfer to our cruise ship in Luxor. We had a problem to find the right location but they called our travel agency and managed to reach the destination. No issue for that. Really great! Thanks a lot 🙏🏻
