Worst hotel experience I had in the last few years, luckily for just a few hours overnight: this place probably used to be a 4* hotel years ago ... from those years just the "Wide room spaces" do survive as "passable", as the room you get is wide, but the moquette looks like being dirty, you have "standard low-end apartment windows" with ZERO noise isolation, which forced me to sleep with noise cancelling headphones from the traffic-heavy street, besides my windows were far from it. You will probably find this hotel as the cheapest 4* options in florence, but for less than 10 euro more I've slept in a real one, in the very center of Florence, a few steps from the Cathedral ... Anyway, the very kind guy at the reception provided me with a complimentary and free parking spacce, besides I came at the very limit of the check in hours.
This hotel has poor business ethics. I booked 1 night because it was near the airport and I was arriving late in the evening.Their website states 24 hr front desk service. I also messaged them indicating I will be arriving around midnight. I was fooled, NO 24 hr front desk! The hotel door was locked. I had to spend the night back at the airport because every hotel close by was full. The worst part is I’ve been trying to get a refund by sending multiple emails with NO response! The only thing the hotel did was “canceled” my booking online to make it appear that I have canceled it myself. Don’t trust this business! Be aware there is NO 24 hour check in.

The staff were nice and accessible, but we didn't have a good experience. There were dozens of mosquitoes in our room and we couldn't sleep. They sprayed the room but it didn't solve the problem. Choose another place for yourself.
TERRIBLE! This is NOT a 4 star Hotel!! Old building that is not being maintained or cleaned for decades. Dirty, stinky and dusty rooms that have no air ventilation. During the night sleeping is a challenge due to surrounding disco's that have loud music untill 3.00AM (yes i couldn't close my eyes until that time). Forget about privacy (everybody can hear everybody, no sound isolation). Forget about hygene (bathroom is far from clean, dust EVERYWHERE). Strongly regret my stay where i was merely looking for a place to sleep. :(
